分析表明枸杞子含有丰富的枸杞多糖、脂肪、蛋白质、游离氨基酸、牛磺酸、甜菜碱、
维生素 B1B2EC,特别是类胡萝卜素含量很高。此外,还含有大量的矿物元素,
